About the role:

As an Associate Product Manager you will manage some of our important products and technology initiatives as well as set stage for strategic guidance on investment needed to pursue the development and design efforts. This position will be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and will report into Product Director, Service Technology team. This fast-paced role will continue to build products and enable our service teams to engage our clients leading to retention.

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for partnering on and managing the end-to-end execution of the SFDC GS&D and enterprise initiatives, thereby enabling the service teams to deliver business impact and drive Client value delivery and growth

  • Be responsible for service tools execution in support of business continuity by prioritizing only must have business requests.

  • Collaborate with Product team, along with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Data Analytics to grow and advance the product portfolio

  • Strong understanding and experience working with analytical systems like data warehouses, data marts, etc.

  • Strong understand of data and underlying data architecture, including enterprise-wide systems of records and SFDC CRM, to be able to influence and shape the backend product development.

  • Identify business impacts and outcomes by analyzing complex datasets across enterprise systems.

  • Proactively analyze data to answer key business questions for stakeholders with an eye to drive business performance and communicate the details of the analysis to the IT teams

  • Analytical problem solving and using fact-based decision making to solve business problems

  • Driving strong product ownership, developing a robust testing framework and faster time to market

What you'll have:

  • A proven understanding of information technology, knowledgeable in disruptive technologies, in-depth experience and/or knowledge of databases and data schema while being technically savvy

  • Experience with user journeys, personas, user experience and product development life cycle

  • Top-notch problem-solving skills leveraging systems and tools, optimized processes and ability to leverage Lean Product Principles to A/B test, measure success and continuously improve

  • 2+ years’ experience in the Product Management, Design and Development space

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL and performing data analysis

  • Proficiency in writing SQL scripts and working with Excel

  • Strong analytics skills and ability to break down complex problems

  • Agile ability to anticipate need, be responsive and adapt to change

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, ability to influence decisions and gain consensus
