We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products from concept through launch. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs, align with company goals, and achieve growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a high-quality product that meets user experience standards.
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, driving innovation and optimizing product-market fit.
- Conduct regular product performance analysis and gather feedback to guide data-driven enhancements and updates.
- Work with marketing and sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and user adoption.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the product relevant and competitive.
