Product Manager – Reporting & Analytics

Job Description:

• Own the product management activities for one of our oncology analytics products
• Drive all stages of the product lifecycle
• Work closely with the engineering teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Engage with customers and demo product individually and at tradeshows
• Work with marketing, customer success and field teams ensuring the product’s success
• Be the central point of contact for the product

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for stakeholders, understanding and translating their needs into requirements.
• Feature Definition: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria and help the team understand user needs and requirements
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Roadmap Development: Define timelines and maintain the product roadmap, keeping scalability, performance, and security in mind.
• User-Centric Design: Enhance usability and performance for users in collaboration with UX
• Delight Customers: Ensure that the product meets and exceeds customer expectations/needs
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of a product, from conception to disposal. Ensure features comply with internal security policies and regulations.
• KPI Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure the product effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Product Promotion: Demo the product to customers and internal stakeholders online, in person and at tradeshows.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in either product management or clinical analytics. Both preferred. Preferably in healthcare.
• Radiation/Medical oncology domain experience is a plus.
• Experience with analytics in oncology or healthcare is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong experience in collaborating with advisory groups, engineering and clinical user groups, to gather insights and refine product features.
