We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product manager to join our team, with a focus on driving impactful products within the fintech and payments domain. As a key member of the product team, you’ll lead complex, high-impact initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across various teams to develop and enhance products within the UPI ecosystem. Your technical expertise and hands-on experience working with development teams will be critical in delivering innovative payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends in the fintech and payments industry.
- UPI Ecosystem Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the UPI ecosystem and payment technologies to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of complex product development projects, managing timelines, scope, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with development teams, understanding APIs, payment gateways, and other technical components, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Agile Methodology: Lead sprints, manage backlogs, and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure efficient product delivery in an iterative and incremental manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and drive continuous product improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager within the fintech or payments domain.
- In-depth knowledge of the UPI ecosystem, payment technologies, and experience with UPI Switch development.
- Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with development teams, including understanding of APIs, payment gateways, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful product delivery.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience in running sprints and managing agile workflows.
