Product Manager for a broadband co. at Mumbai

Job Description:

Key responsibility is to develop product pricing.

Development of new products as per the roadmap

Mapping of business requirements & competition offerings available in the market & translating the same into product propositions at par or ahead of competition offerings. •

The role involves high customer sensitivity & understanding of use case scenarios which translates into first time right roll out of the product after proper user acceptance testing. •

Have strong business acumen & delivery focus keeping the business requirements in mind, the high level of partner engagement & extraction in order to meet launch timelines. •

This role actively collaborates with IT, CS, Finance, Product Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial, Consumer & other relevant functions within the organization. •

Envisage & prepare all post migration product scenarios from a CXX, reporting, billing & regulatory perspective.

• Coordinating & getting consensus from all circles & surround teams for all product related activities, ensuring circle wise execution & handling any escalations around the same, while ensuring fastest resumption of business-as-usual post migration, with minimum customer impact.

• Ensuring minimum customer disruptions & presentation of one product face to customers, irrespective of backend disparities.

• Complete UAT & ensuring zero leakages in terms of revenue, billing etc.

• Creating processes, setting timelines & continuous coordination between all  cross functional teams to ensure smooth completion with minimum customer experience impact.
