Product Development and Management
Conceptualize innovative products leading to overall revenue generation of investment income.

To leverage the branch net-work and digital solutions to effectively gain investment market share

Determines and implements process improvements to effectively mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction

Functions as a key liaison between the third party product providers, distribution team and clients

To coordinate with regional team for new product approval, update on various business metrics

Helps prepare effective product update to all stake holders
 
Creating Product awareness among branches through campaign & providing product training to the branches and relationship managers
Timely Implementation of relevant processes

Focus on product penetration across the customer base & leverage on the Global Indian strategy to increase investment income

Ensure compliance to regulatory guide lines (Internal and External) on a need basis
Process streamlining and process improvements
Keep track of new and upcoming regulations for various countries   

Timely roll out of cross-sell campaigns
Timely resolution of branch & customer queries
Branch Support through channel
