We are seeking an innovative and driven Product Manager to lead the research, iteration, and scaling of new products and features that will empower millions to learn new skills. This leadership role involves working closely with the founder and product teams to enhance user experiences, drive feature adoption, and establish growth loops as part of our product-led strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of markets, competition, and user needs.
  • Collaborate with and manage UX/UI and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Define and oversee the product roadmap for design and development teams.
  • Explore and implement monetization strategies and adapt business models as needed.
  • Execute the product roadmap with a focus on ensuring reliability and resilience.
  • Partner with engineering teams to solve complex problems and create elegant solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to elevate the end-user experience.
  • Analyze user interactions to learn, understand, and anticipate their needs.
Experience & Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, and growth. Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing product strategies while working cross-functionally.
  • Strong technical foundation and exposure to modern technology trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to understanding user behavior and defining success metrics.
  • Passionate about customer needs, ensuring every decision serves their best interests.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and solutions.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategies, and design discussions.
  • Background in software development, engineering, or design, with experience working in distributed teams, is highly preferred.
